Nie Rongchen, seven, from Shihezi City, northwest China’s Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, has been skiing since he was less than three years old. He won the snowboarding giant slalom seven-to-eight-year-olds title at the National Youth Four Seasons Ski Challenge in Xinjiang in early December.
Nie said he made a lot of friends while skiing. He also said that the speed and excitement of doing it made them fly like birds over snow.
